Yes. Based in the Triangle, performing across North Carolina, from Asheville to Wilmington. The first 35 miles of travel are included, extended travel is available anywhere in the state, and out-of-state dates are welcome by request.
Absolutely, custom arrangements are one of my specialties, and one special request is included. Share the song when you book so there's time to arrange and rehearse it properly.
Each experience is tailored around your timing, venue flow, and musical priorities, then confirmed with a clear performance plan.
I structure ceremony music in four parts. First, the prelude, typically 8-10 songs while your guests are seated and the room settles in. Then the processional, which is several pieces rather than one: grandparents and parents, the wedding party, and the bride's entrance as its own piece, usually four songs in total. During the ceremony, one unity song plays softly for about 30-60 seconds while the officiant speaks. And right after you're pronounced, the recessional begins.
Through your private Client Portal. Your link arrives with your booking confirmation email and works for the life of your booking, so there's no password to keep track of. Inside you'll find your music selections, planning timeline, our conversation, and every payment and document for your event. If you ever lose the link, just request a fresh one at /portal-link.
Dates are reserved first come, first served. A date is held once the deposit is in. Spring and fall are my busiest seasons, so for those dates it's best to reach out 6-12 months ahead. Reach out as soon as you know your date; and if your event is coming up quickly, ask anyway. If the date is open, it's yours.
Absolutely. You can request any available repertoire selection, and I'll help curate timing for ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception moments.
Yes, outdoor ceremonies are some of my favorites, and outdoor receptions are welcome too. Professional sound is always part of my setup, so the violin carries clearly and beautifully outdoors. I ask only for a covered or shaded spot in strong sun or rain to protect the instrument.

Yes, venues sometimes require this, and a certificate of insurance for your venue is available on request. Just send over the venue's requirements (or put me in touch with your coordinator), and it'll be taken care of well before the event.
For dancing, yes, and we work great together. I cover the ceremony and cocktail hour live, your DJ covers dinner and the dance floor, and I coordinate the handoff with them directly before your day. You get live emotion where it matters and full dance-floor energy where it counts.
